1. Nature of Services

MAHA JOTHISH is an astrology consultation platform that connects users with independent astrologers to receive horoscope-based guidance and spiritual insights. All services provided on the Platform are interpretative in nature and are intended for entertainment, spiritual, and informational purposes only. MAHA JOTHISH does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of any predictions or consultations.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. An age confirmation mechanism is implemented during registration to restrict access to minors. If it is found that a user is under the age of 18, the account may be suspended or terminated.

3. No Professional Advice

The services provided on the Platform do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Users are advised to seek professional consultation where required. Any reliance on astrology services is at the user’s own risk.

4. User Account

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information while creating an account and using the Platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.

Users agree that any information shared about third parties, including family members, is provided only after obtaining proper consent from such individuals. The User shall be solely responsible for ensuring such consent.

5. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Privacy Policy. Upon verification, such requests will be processed within a reasonable time.

6. Payments and Pricing

All services on the Platform are paid services. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as CCAvenue and PayPal. MAHA JOTHISH does not store complete financial or card details. Applicable taxes, including GST, may be charged. International users may incur additional charges such as currency conversion or bank fees.

7. Wallet and Credits

The Platform may provide wallet-based credits which are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Any unused wallet balance may be forfeited upon account deletion unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Refund and Cancellation

Due to the digital nature of the services, refunds are generally not provided once a session has started or a report has been delivered. Refunds may be considered only in cases where payment has been deducted but the service was not provided, the astrologer failed to join, or there was a technical issue attributable to the Platform. Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction. All refund decisions are subject to the Platform’s discretion.

9. Session Policy

Consultation sessions are time-based. Any delay on the part of the user may result in reduced session time. The Platform shall not be responsible for issues arising from the user’s device, internet connectivity, or external technical factors.

10. Recording Consent

Users acknowledge and consent that calls, chats, and consultations may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Astrologer Disclaimer

Astrologers available on the Platform are independent professionals and are not employees or agents of MAHA JOTHISH. The Platform does not guarantee or verify the accuracy, effectiveness, or reliability of their advice.

12. User Conduct

Users must not engage in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities on the Platform. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of the user’s account without prior notice.

13. User Content

Users grant MAHA JOTHISH a limited, non-exclusive license to use feedback, reviews, and content submitted by them for improving services and platform experience.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including content, design, and branding, are owned by MAHA JOTHISH. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

15. Privacy

Use of the Platform is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, users agree to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Communication Consent

Users consent to receive communications such as emails, SMS, and messaging notifications related to their account and services. Users may opt out of promotional communications where applicable.

17. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use third-party service providers for payment processing, hosting, analytics, and communication services. MAHA JOTHISH shall not be responsible for failures or issues arising from such third-party services.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MAHA JOTHISH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

19. Force Majeure

The Platform shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or governmental actions.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

21. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Chennai in accordance with applicable laws.

22. Modifications

MAHA JOTHISH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
